The philosophy of the restaurant

• it is possible to buy books (especially the bestsellers and the latest releases and in any case only successful books to reduce the unsold and the need for non-productive spaces)

• you can consult all the reviews of the latest books.

It is a meeting place in which:

• it is possible to drink and eat

• it is possible to chat, with discretion, with your friends or with other customers, sure to be in a "certain environment"

• you can listen to good music

• you can browse good books.

It is a business opportunity based on:

• the sympathy of the idea

• the complete automation of the service and therefore a very low need for personnel, whose honesty would still be easily verifiable for the registration of any operation

• the modest investment request (the financing of which I think I will be able to find anyway)
