I am almost certain that in 1995 I did not know an extraordinary entrepreneurial and solidarity initiative such as Altro Mercato which instead had been founded in 1988.

The diction Cucaio (pronounced Cucheio as my child called chocolate) should, thanks to the brevity, the "sympathy" and the immediate reference to cocoa, constitute a good starting point for the study, which aimed to pay honestly African cocoa producers by triggering a natural process of development instead of simple assistance.
