Time out

- performs the function of schedule for the actions introduced in previous days

–All the actions whose deadline expired when the file was opened are listed

- the shares are sorted by deadline

Daily

- this space is dedicated to actions that start and end on the same day (call ..., etc.); 

- each action can be assigned an expiration time and the option to display a pop up menu prompting the completion of the action

–By checking the close box, the action is canceled

–The actions appear in the order of registration
